A Three-day Book Exhibition at Hope school

Under the patronage of the Mayor of Beit Jala Mr. Nicola Khamis, and in cooperation with the Ministry of Education in Bethlehem, Hope school organized a three-day book exhibition at the school hall. The invitation was open to other students in Bethlehem area and local community at large. The inauguration ceremony started with the cutting of the ribbon by the mayor and the representative of Ministry of Education, Mr. Nimer Hammad. In his speech, the mayor thanked Hope school for this important event, asserting his support for such activities because "we notice that our children are tending towards using the internet and social media and has left away the books and other written references" as he quoted. Over the three days students and people from various part of Bethlehem area visited the exhibition.
