Capacity Building Training Course

Under the patronage of the Ministry of Education, a three-day workshop was organized targeting the principals of the Christian and private schools in, Bethlehem area. The workshop was under the title:” The Headteacher is a leader”, aimed at enhancing the leadership skills of the heads at private and Christian schools. Though most of the participants have the awareness, skills, and experience as leaders in their schools, however, they expressed their satisfaction and appreciation for the trainers and the organizers for such workshop which enriched their skills and refreshed many of the concepts, values, and behaviors that the principal should consider as part of his personality as a leader of the school. The attendees expressed their thankfulness to the Ministry of Education for such a great gesture
